Man-o-man, if we lose Mobley it will be one giant step backwords. Personally, I don't like the outlook of the Rockets, things seem very quiet. I have numerous articles regarding free agency and trades and the Rockets are nowhere to be found. I don't know what's up. This off season supposedly was poised to be an exciting off season, so far, IMO, I have only seen average to below-average moves. ------------------
Boyhood Dream, you may (or may not) remember last offseason: everyone was complaining about how slow the offseason was. Nothing was happening and our team was going to suck. Then the Francis trade. Then the Pippen trade. Both at the end of the summer. It's annoyingly slow now, but wait it out; if something big is going to happen, you have to let it ferment. I would be highly suprised if Cuttino signed with anyone other than the Rockets. Maybe this sounds kinda "homer", but that is just what I feel. His friends are here. His home is here. RocketsPimp, I gotta say it, I can't hold back anymore. I've always suspected you were one of our Rocket guards. Steve. Shandon. Cat himself. I shouldn't've said it but there it is. Anyway, Cat has to test his market value. No harm in that. That way, he has leverage on us when his NEXT contract is up with us. Does anyone know if Cat brought his family (newborn baby and girlfriend/wife) to Houston? That might be an indication, although not necessarily. ------------------
