Lyrically, he's just a punch-liner, similar to Lloyd Banks, but without the street cred and delivery. Actually, Drake has a delivery that is pretty bland. I miss the rappers with that unique voice, like DMX, Biggie, etc.... He is a step above Waka Flaka and Soulja boy though.

Well not now, Lupe doesn't have the volume that Em has. In terms of number of albums and quality of said albums...still though Lupe definitely can go down as a legend if he sticks to this thing and doesn't give it up(like those rumors that he will retire awhile ago). It's sort of like someone saying Durant is better than Kobe...Durant certainly has the talent, but he has a lot more to do to be considered better than Kobe when it's all said and done. Lupe you have to listen to his stuff closely to get what he's talking about. The Cool is amazing and certain songs like "Put you on the game" it's fun to see what different people think what his subject matter is.

Lupe Fiasco, Blu & Exile, J.Cole, Jay Electronica, all much much much better than "Drizzle" I really like Kid Cudi too, but I dont know how much of a rapper he is.
