Look at the photo of Yao shooting a free throw. His left leg looks thinner, at least to me it does.

The dude is like the Clint Eastwood of Chinese basketball, towering over everyone else, completely self-assured.

I hope Yao never shoots that far away from the basket in a real game. He should be in the post.

No way, he has a good touch......and it will save his body to be out there shooting that shot.

He should be in the high post quite a bit as well. If they give him that elbow jumper I'd let him take it, he's good for 3/5 of those at least.

Yao will be a lean mean fighting machine this year. Does need to play the post but must avoid the constant pounding down low like the Dream. Dream would go around the contact to avoid some of the pounding.

I think its hard to shoot well when the entire media is crowding you like that. Its not a real game so its weird when all the attention is on him everytime.. its just weird to have lots of people watching you when you practise..

I'm so excited to see him back in action. I really hope he stays healthy. Our future rests on his shoulders.

Not too much movement in this video, but I'd say he looks good. Good weight, natural movement... looks like the usual Yao.
