Without asking Warner cable switched our E mail from Earthlink to their E mail and gave us the big run around when we asked them to immediately switch it back. Very bad practice by Warner Cable and most difficult to get them to correct their bad business practice.
Did they switch your actual email address or re-direct your incoming mail so you had to check it on their interface?
They switched us from Earthlink E mail to The Warner Cable E mail company. It took 5 serious phone calls & lot of stress to get them to make the change. Then we had to call Earthlink because the change back only lasted 30 mins . Thanks for your interest! What they did didn't sound very legal to me, more like the work of a Charlatan.
