Those Captain Morgan's ads on the radio are hysterical...

I'm also still partial to the "we salute you _______" ads that miller does..."Mr. Fortune Cookie Fortune Writer"...

Jack in the Box ads are great...I like the one where they make fun of the "like a rock" ads best...but I loved "hey..that's a fake shake!" with Larry the Crime Donkey. Brilliant!

I agree.

The one where he goes to Ronald MacDonald's house cracks me up:

Something like:

"What's you're name, sir?"
"Ronald MacDonald"
"No Way! Cool!"

I like the parody of those "Like a Rock" commericals, too.

Best one out right now is a Verizon commercial. This dude is staring at a gerbil or a weasel or some other furry animal wish sharp teeth. He sticks his tongue out, and the animal lunges at him and grabs his tongue. Then, he's running around the room, knocking things over, then finally gets his phone and dials "SOS". Then on the screen it says "Intant Text Messaging. For when you just can't talk"

Of course, then they HAD to put that annoying "can you hear me now?" guy at the end, almost ruining a perfect spot...

Overall, though, Jack in the Box has the best ad campaign right now with Jack going around to Ronald McDonald's House, the Home of the Voppers, and Jared (who, coincidentally, is a fat-ass) from the Subway. That one where they do a parody of a home improvement show, and this dude is using fake shake as mortar for his bricks is pretty cool too...

i really don't understand the VW Jetta commercial... ya know where the two guys stop at a gas station, one pumps gas while the other goes in the store to buy snacks... when he comes back out, they stare at each other, smile, than hop in the car (perhaps switching seats?)

is there some joke here that i'm just not getting???

The FedEx commercials with the dude who tries to tell FedEx stories to the guy with the short attention span. Those are hilarious.

But I think my favorite commecial all time is the rent-a-car commercial where the guy puts a jetpack on his back and flies into the power cords. That's a pretty frickin' violent commercial.

I usually can't stand beer commercials, but I love the one with those Mafia guys who always say "How ya doin" to each other.

The best one is when this guy with a cowboy hat comes in, and one of them makes the mistake of saying "How ya doin" to him. He then goes into this long (for the Mafia guys) spill about how he had to pick up his brother-in-law or something like that.

Then another Mafia regular comes in and says "How ya doin" to all of his buddies and looks at the newcomer to say "How ya doin". The bartender shakes his head at him not to say "How ya doin", but he does anyway & that newcomer goes into the same exact spill as he done before! Freaking hilarious!

I also liked the beer commercial where this guy is telling his friends about how he got picked up by a trucker who had this ventroliquist doll. That one is funny, too.

While I was at lunch today, I was listening to Jim Rome on 610 and heard a commercial for T&A(TNA??) Communications (or something like that). But it had a woman talking provocatively to the guy who works at T&A and about halfway through the commercial she asks the guy about his 'big package'. I almost spit out my lunch in disbelief. Therefore, I must add that commercial to my list.

Anyone else hear this one???
