The problem is that they are full of themselves, contacting corporate you get a similar response. Their is no customer service from these guys at any level.
UPDATE: They are working on keeping the courts open until 2 AM. Looks like Clutchfans did it again. We can stop emailing for now. I will keep you all updated.
The last time I went there, which was about two weeks ago, the courts were open past midnight. I left around 1am, and the courts were still open. I guess it depends on who's working that night.
yea, keep emailing, ask for free bottled water, mints, hotter female trainers :grin: but seriously, customer serv at these gyms is crap. I always had problems trying to get questions regarding my billing with 24 hr fitness...and then i called fitness connection once to inquire about employment as a personal trainer and they couldnt even tell me where their listings were posted or if they had any. However, i did get a sweet deal a few years back. I prepaid 3 yrs at 24 hr fitness and now i get $24 yearly renewals
If only more Americans did this with other issues, they would see acquiescence to their demands. Solidarity is strength.
I used to play at Lifetime when Hakeem used to come around last year and the year before. Now it's gotten way too big and crowded...
They usually get their memberships revoked but for a certain period of time. Has happened to friends of mine and they get their memberships back within a few months, others you are right don't get them revoked.
It's good news that they extended the lights out time. But did they say anything about fixing or preventing the stuff that makes them close down early? Someone catching non members, fighting, ball stealing?
