    I've been watching the nba for two years so my view is pretty limited:

    Dwight Howard
    Carmelo Anthony
    Kevin Durant
    Kobe
    Chris Paul

    LAL fan:

    Magic (enjoyed Stockton as well and Kidd -- any "old school" point, but Magic is my sports hero)
    Michael Cooper (yes, really -- loved his tenacity, he was ballz-out)
    Bird (Pippen close 2nd)
    Barkley
    Kareem

    There are a lot of closet t-mac fans around eh....lol

    All time

    PG -> Magic, Isaiah Thomas
    SG ->Michael Jordan, Reggie
    SF -> George "Ice man" gervin, Larry Legend
    PF -> Timmy D ( I know, nothing fancy but it's beautiful to watch...), Charles Oakley....lol, he was a great passer, I like nice passes....
    C -> Shaq ( I mean c'mon, in Orlando and a couple years in LA what could stop him), Hakeem of course.

    2000 - present

    PG -> Nash, Rondo
    SG -> T-mac, Kobe, a little MJ too whenever he turned back the clock.
    SF -> Maggette, Durant
    PF -> Tim Duncan (lol), Amare
    C -> Yao,........Dwight I guess? Centers are kind of a weak field these days.

    sub bill russell for rodman would be better. could anyone score on this lineup? 4 defensive players of the year. The best defenders of ALL time at their positions.

    Hakeem (obviously)
    Otis Thorpe (underrated for sure)
    Alex English (this guy is still the greatest nugget player of all time)
    Reggie Miller (excitable)
    Mark Price (love this guy, I still remember the magazine cover with the headline (the price is right!) Good times.

    This is an opinion poll, not a skill ranking

    C- Hakeem Olajuwon (any other answer on this site is simply unacceptable)
    PF-Luis Scola (nowhere near the greatest, but love the way he plays)
    SF-Kevin Durant (Longhorn, love the way he carries himself)
    SG-Michael Jordan (Only player that was ever required viewing for me)
    PG-John Stockton ( hate the Jazz, and hate his flopping, but unlike Malone he was a class act and he gave all of us short, unathletic white guys hope)

    honorable mention
    David Robinson -true class (although he wore a collar with dreams name on it)
    Steve Nash- favorite active non rocket
    Matt Bullard- who doesn't love air bull
    Mario Elie- JYD, the guts of the championship teams

    C - Shaq (Orlando)

    Dwight Howard 2.0 before Dwight even thought of playing ball.

    PF - Amare Stoudemire

    Size and strength of a traditional PF with the speed and jumpshot of a guard. The guy is a beast!

    SF - T-Mac

    Silky smooth player. The evolutionary Gervin.

    SG - Michael Jordan

    Mythical beast. Electrifying athlete with superior fundamentals and a pit bull mentality. The GOAT.

    PG - Deron Williams

    I would have said CP3, but I don't like the way he dominates the ball and slows the game down. Williams makes quick decisions, has killer handles, can make shots from anywhere, is as strong as a bull, and can make any pass in the book. The man plays the game the right way, but he does so with flair.
