have any of you guys been able to buy floor seats for an individual game off of flashseats or craigslist or something like that? we usually make about 10-15 games and sit in the 40-50 dollar seats, but this year we want to try and get floor seats for one game and we are willing to pay 400 each.

i called a rockets tickets advisor guy and he said the easiest way would be to get season tickets for the upper bowl seats and then they could upgrade me one game. but that would be 500 bucks for the upper bowl seats and then 400-500 or so for the floor seats.

anyways, just wondering if any of yall have had luck with flashseats or craigslist or any other ticket website type thing with floor seats. thanks

    $400 huh?

This isn't a WNBA game. You'll have to go to $800 at least.

I guess you're not taking about courtside seats.

I've tried to buy those before and no none has ever taken less than $800 for 1 seat. I even tried for a nets game.

Not really, the few I've seen pop up on Ebay usually have opening bids of 1500 to 1800 over the past couple of year. It's very rare they come up though.

Ok so are you talking about floor seats or courtside? Courtside are what most everyone is talking about. My typical seats are "floor" seats 4 row and I usually about abou $400 bucks for the pair.

You gotta get some friends who know people. A good family friend of mine was The Dream's body guard, as well as some sort of head of security at the Summit back in the day. He always got me free seats about 4 or 5 rows back. They were actually tickets owned by the players, Francis was one who I got multiple tickets from.

Now, the guy is work for the HPD, so I get jack **** for Rox Tix, but I now have 0 speeding tickets

You can get the low level club seats for about $200-$300 from most ticket brokers or flash seats depending on the game. Again there is a big difference between courtside seats and floor seats, you should be able to get floor seats for $400 or less for sure, but courtside is $800+ and hard to get.

i have a friend who interned with the rockets doing marketing stuff last year. he hooked us up last year with some pretty nice seats, they were valued at 175, and we got em for free. he may be able to talk to some ppl i dont know.

what me and my friend want to do is sit on the very first row where if u stretch your legs you can trip kobe bryant when hes running down the sideline. not saying we would do that, just giving yall a picture of where we want to sit. whatever those are called we want to sit there, but since those cost a gazillion dollars like yall said i guess we will settle for a couple rows back that are closer to the 300-500 range.

I got to sit courtside once (courtesy of my job). I looked at that ticket value and it was at about $1,000.

I don't see you being able to sit court side for anything less.

ive been lucky to sit on the floor on the 1st row next to the baskets, and also courtside on the 1st row. Can't beat the experience, but I also wouldnt pay what the face value is...

We have season tickets on the 6th row, center court, on club level...i think face is around 215 a ticket this year. We usually are able to sell them on CL or flash seats for around 175 a ticket for games we cant attend. If you are interested I could try and go as low as 150ish...

Last year I saw atleast 16 games courtside. I found a guy who was selling his seats in sec 107 row AA that he was not using. About 6 games I was able to buy on flashseats. They were not always the best but good deals for about 300-500 a piece. Usually behind the bench or the locker room entrance first row which is actually row c. Next to the rockets trainer and the FCA guy.

This year I am hoping there is more excitement and thus these seats will be available not so cheap on flashseats. I just got my new seat numbers finally in center court after a LOT of fighting and threats with the salesperson.
