Of course he can, look who he's playing with. He'll probably start before Chalmers, he looked better than Chalmers last season. Chalmers will bring the energy off the bench.

Kenny Smith could play the point on that team and theyd still win.

They've managed to fill out their depth chart decently well. Still lacking talent at the 1 and the 5, but have serviceable enough players -- that's a lot of big uglies to throw at even a team like the Lakers. Having Miller and Haslem to come off the bench is pretty huge.

    Arroyo/Chalmers
    Wade/Miller
    LeBron/J. Jones
    Bosh/Haslem/Howard
    Ilgauskas/Anthony/Magloire/Pittman

At this point, they could use a point guard/combo guard and call it a day. Flip Murray, Jannero Pargo, or maybe even Larry Hughes would all work. I'll give them credit, I didn't think they'd fill out this well.

they need a shooter to start with them...it would be better if he could defender, but i dont think it'll be a big problem with wade and lebron on each wing and bosh int he middle.

They don't need a ball handler. They need a shooter.

Who shoots better? Arroyo or Chalmers? Answer: Arroyo.

Arroyo has made 106 3 pointers over his 8 year career.

Chalmers made 114 as a rookie.

That second team looks ugly  ... i will take my rockets second team over theres anyday. And has anybody forgotten that the rockets boast Ariza and Battier. Does anybody in the league have two at least above average defenders to combat Wade/Lebron?

i saw arroy when he played in israel he is not that good.
poor three point shooter and he turn the ball over too much,
i can't really say advantage in that player.

they are basically playing a numbers game and trying to fill the roster. their big 3 is pretty much head and shoulders above everyone else's "big 3"

If I was pat I would have bought up Morrow, arguably the best shooter in the league and started him. Dwade or Bron will play distributor
