lindacohn Arizona's Edwin Jackson has no hit the Rays thru 8. He's thrown 134 pitches. Standing by for B9. He was 5 and 15 with Tampa in 07

Yep. Thanks to the 8 walks, it is also the messiest no-hitter since AJ Burnett walked 9 in the process.

    HOLY CRAP...

Jaguars_fan32 Edwin Jackson just got a no-hitter on 149 pitches.

Dude walked like 8 guys and hit a batter but he threw his NO-NO...Congrats.

Pitching this year has been incredible.

By the way, Jackson was still throwing 95 in the 9th inning. After all of those pitches, thats probably the most incredible feat of the night.

John Lackey currently has a no-hitter through 6 despite a Seattle run. 5-1 Top of 7th.

all those perfect games have ruined the no-hitters. perfect games are the new standard.

this season they are at least. how excited can you get about a no hitter this season after youve seen three perfect games?

Has there been a no-hitter where the pitcher gives up an unearned run and is credited with the win?

I like how as soon as I tune into the game, the Mariners get a hit. It figures.

There have been many. I think Daryl Kile might have one for the Astros.

Don't look now, but the Red Sox bullpen is on the verge of epicly failing.

I believe this happened in the Astros first no-hitter.

It's baseball. How many of the perfect games or no-hitters did you see in person or live on tv from start to finish? Probs none of them.

That's how you can excited for a no-hitter or perfect game. Don't act like you've seen them all in person or live on tv from first to ninth inning.

the Sox infield just contributed to it also.

6-6 in the 9th with a nice error on the potentially game ending double play

could be the second come from behind win in the last at bat in the last 2 days for the mariners. I was at the game last night and it was crazy.

Could this be because of the new steroid policy?
