I worked with coworkers and was non-chalant when they left the company. But when you sweat together and try to win it all and just leave a team like Brad did, it's hard to move on. I thought Brad loved Chicago... It's a money thing and only that. The game of sports is just based on business... So whatever...
Haha Brad said when the Rockets would call plays he would tell them "you're doing it wrong". He seems like at the least, a great locker room presence to keep people's egos in check.
Here is Adam Clanton's report on the Press Conference: http://www.click2houston.com/video/24332045/index.html

Miller: When we're playing against Houston and they make a call, I'd be telling one of their guys you're running it wrong... Morey: (laughing) I think I know who that was... Personally I think it was Jordan Hill.
Saw Morey raise his eyebrows a few times during that... especially when Miller was saying he was slow as hell and mocking his own athletic ability. It was like "damn, what did I just pay for this dude?"
What? He played for Adelman for 3 years. He got traded to the Bulls midseason and played for those guys 1 more season. He didn't ask to get traded to the Bulls. While in Chicago, he still had lunch and spoke to Adelman. He is coming back to Adelman for 3 more years.
Have you had a chance to talk Yao? Brad-"No." Morey-"He's in China." Yao has George Clooney flyer miles. Yep, UITA reference.
I'm just adding my 2 cents on whatever these guys say when they have their press conference might just be business rather true thoughts. Brad helped to develop Noah and he would have been on a pretty good Bulls team had he stayed. I don't get it really.
He played for the Bulls for a little over 1 season. You make it sound like he abandoned ship on a team that he's been playing for years.
So what exactly are you saying that Miller was lying about? That he wanted to play for Adelman? Yeah the NBA is a business and if it wasn't, GMs wouldn't trade players like pawns and there would be a lack of competitiveness. Everyone would take a couple million just to play in the favorite cities with their friends. I don't really get it. What does the NBA being a business have to do with anything concerning Brad Miller, who was traded to the Bulls and was only with them for 1 year?
we basically just added another coach. Miller is done physically. He was damn good but that was then....this is now
