    Finally some major MMA fights return to Houston. This seems like it's going to turn out to be a very solid card.

    Muhammed Lawal vs. Rafael Cavalcante
    Sergei Kharitonov vs. Antonio Silva
    Tim Kennedy vs. Ronaldo Souza
    KJ Noons vs. Jorge Gurgel

    Dan Henderson vs. Babalu Sobral is also rumored for this card.

    Who is going?

    I had the presale code but I'm hesitating. I'll eventually end up getting some but I kind of want to see if I can come across some. Seems like the type of event they would be giving out a lot of free tickets to and it definitely won't sell out so hopefully it's not a huge risk I'm taking.

    yeah, i have the TC/Rockets insider presale, but that ended yesterday.

    yeah, maybe they'll have available seats that come up cheap somewhere down the line.

    Because I had to get some extra tickets (even though the people I got them for might not go) I decided to get the cheapest of the bunch. They were $35 each.

    The section is an awesome section though, Row 5 section 418. The last MMA Show (IFL Houston) I went to, there really weren't any bad seats. Although the IFL sported a ring instead of a cage. When I bought my tickets my biggest concern was to make sure my seats weren't facing a corner of the octagon as that's 1) A corner and can impair my view of the action and 2)usually where the Camera men are which can also impair my view.

    Also in MMA shows I have noticed that the best seats tend to be higher up. Intead of looking at (or trying to look through) the cage, you are looking down into the cage giving you a clear view of the action and fight.

    Section 418 was the perfect spot for the perfect price

    No word on Henderson or Babalu however I seriously doubt that match-up will take place. If it were to occur it would be one of the headlining fights, and since there is already two title fights, a Lashley fight and 2 other good fights on the card I'm sure strife force will decide to pull the Hendo/Babalu fight on a different card if that fight were to occur.

    Also with two major fighters like them, that match would have already been announced because bigger names such as them need appropriate time to run their training camp. More then a months notice.

    Got my tickets in the 400s as well. Had an opportunity for some free floor seats fall through. Very disappointed.

    Should be a great fight card. Tim Kennedy is going to be fighting Jacare on the card too I think.
