Not good or bad, but as always, the first thing everyone notices is his race.

NBA went from white league to black league 30 years ago.

NBA now go from black league to asian league?

Patriotic americans not feel happy about this.

Nice. This weakens the Thunder front office, while the Blazers basically turned Pritchard into a Pritchard before the alleged ego and cult following.

The Blazers have monopolized the market on Koreans.

Even though they moved the Blazers are still pillaging the Sonics staff.

are you sure he's korean? i was thinking the same thing but i read his bio and it says he was born in Burma.

He could be of Chinese descent also. Lee, Cho, Choi, Chun, Chung all could swing both ways Korean and Chinese. regardless, nice to see an Asian-American doing something in the league. hope he doesn't screw up. then we all lose face. :p

Yao is coming back, Rich Cho just got a GM job, and Jeremy Lin might sign with a team (a contending team, mind you.)

It is the time for the Asian American to rise!*

*Now, if only Sun Yue was any good...

Front office... but it's a start. Too bad there aren't more Koreans in major American sports. Golf and MLB are really the only two...
