Sorry, I just don't think he is good enough to play on the Rockets.....and it is not hate to point out the guys flaws as to why. It is simply my opinion about him. You can love him all you want....who am I to stop people from liking long shot, young players? Lord knows I do that all the time. And that post you are pointing out is damned funny. :grin: DD

Hell's yeah, at least Von could score in the NBA efficiently and his water bottle tossing accuracy was good enough for the playoffs. DD
Taylors no scrub man hes developing, ur judging way too soon.. its the summer after his rookie yr and hes showed great improvements already from the end of the season, your criticisms arent justified
Yes, he is a scrub, right now. I agree he has shown improvement and it is just his rookie year. I think he spends this year in the Dleague too. If the light bulb goes on, and he learns to play the team game, I would be ecstatic. Right now, though on this team, we don't need him. Stash him and hope he improves this year, fine by me. DD
not a scrub, very raw with good potential, hes not that great but I think he'll get it, hes working hard thats all you can ask.. we at least know hes a fighter (Kobe will attest) I think Taylor can be D Wade lite if the light bulb comes on, as you so eloquently put it but yea is their alot left to be desired from JT? yes, sure it is.. is he a scrub and worst player ever the way you claim? nosir intrigued to see the strides he makes come training camp.. also Im sure youre a Jordan Hill fan right? yeah JT outperformed him this summer league and thats not to say Hill wont be a productive player either
Hill has a long way to go too, but what he does well right now the team needs. What Taylor does well right now the team does not need....which is attacking the basket with his head down. He has great athleticism, if he could learn to attack the basket with his head up and hit the open man, he would be much better. So far, very little improvement in that most important area from him this year from last. DD
I think DD hates on JT so much cause he has improved and he's afraid he could take minutes away from his new favorite player... Budinger. but really... who should cares. if it helps the team then all the better.
from other posts Ive learned you want Von Wafer right? but how is what Von do needed for the team but what Taylor has the capability to do not be what the team need? thats a bit contradictory bud.. Hill is def needed Im not disputing that, we desperately need him, but Taylor can add another dimension with his willingness to play defense and just compete and no matter how good a team is they would accept a player like that anyday
