THANK YOU for the video...I was there too and seeing that collection of stars was incredible. Ronaldinho in his prime (or right before the peak) was one of my favorites at the time.
Don't get all up on your high horse because Spain won this year. You won it once, now win it 3 more times and than we'll talk.
The main thing I remember from that match is that while the Galaxy-Dynamo match was finishing up, the barca players were in and out of the locker rooms and while walking under the arena I came across Thuram I believe and while with the guy, some young girls and their coach from a club team were being led around and were asking about Ronaldinho, all of a sudden Messi walks by and I'm trying to tell them who is and they need to bug him for his autograph and all they wanted was to hopefully get a glimpse of Ronaldinho. I was thinking these folk don't know in two years that dude will be better than Dinho.
What i remember most was the epic come back.. it look like barca were just toying them with them and ithen in a few mins bammm back to reality for America...
but do u remember what happened next time they played? when it wasnt a friendly? ill give you a hint it wasnt pretty for america.. lets just say ke las aguilas no pudieron volar.
I think you're referring to the Community Shield game (winner of the FA Cup vs. winner of the Premier League). Not sure if it's on TV in the States but if so it'll be on Fox Soccer Channel most likely.
I am talking about the FA Cup. Do you know where I could find out? Is it typically on tv here in the states? Was it on last year?
Ahh gotcha, should still be the same channel I think, Fox Soccer Channel. You probably won't know until closer to the date though. Also since it's the final of a tournament you also won't know who the finalists are until then either...
