    Just five days after acquiring Steve Francis in a three-way, 11-player deal involving Vancouver and Orlando, Francis signs on the dotted line to officially become a member of the Rockets. Francis would later be named 1999 NBA co-Rookie of the Year with Chicago's Elton Brand.

    Happy 27th birthday To Cuttino. I'm very proud the Cat a Rocket. He could have gotten more money elsewhere. Cuttino is one of the top 7 shooting guards in the league. He is in the prime of his career. We should reflect on his birthday how lucky we are to have him on the team, and wish him well.

    Yeah, Mobley's pretty cool. I don't really understand the Cat bashers. This is a guy from the 2nd round who is making an impact. Its not out of the question that he could be an all-star at least once in his career. Not to mention he took less money to stay here in Houston.
