These are always fun to go to cause all of a sudden some random NBA player might show up and decide to play for a team. Plus its free.

I go every year...the competition is pretty good but it usually gets better when the NBA summer leagues end.

I went last night. There were some actually some pretty entertaining games that were both decided at the end. The second game actually went into overtime. The first game had Mike Harris in it and he looked great. He was making jumpers left and right. He was getting a ton of rebounds and taking it to the hole aggressively. The second game had one team with TJ Ford and Damon Jones vs another team with James Flight White on it. TJ looked very quick, but too often he couldn't finish at the rim. He spent a ton of time complaining to the refs. Damon Jones just camped on the 3 point line the entire game. He started off making several 3 pointers, but after that it was brick city. James White couldn't hit a jumper to save his life. He took a lot of shots, but he didn't make one until late in the 4 quarter.

The most impressive player out there was the point guard on James White's team. The guy was very small, but he could get past anybody on the court and took it to the rack with no fear. I don't know who he was, but he was very skilled and wasn't afraid to go right after the big men on the floor.
