    I think it sounds like he's saying, that if she was black, he couldn't imagine the harassment she'd receive (ie. pain) from other black females and males about her lack of a backside. It is a shameful predicament to be in, and he couldn't imagine how she would deal with it if she was african american and in a community of her peers with average to above average backsides. And while we're at it, I'm sure he also means that this community of peers that would be issuing the aforementioned pain would be one that is not the formal type, but one that is more casual in discussions about the size of the rear.
