Pretty obvious move to gain leverage over the Lakers management to get a better contract extension.

I thought the whole reason he left Utah was so he could get better medical treatment for his daughter in LA.

I don't know how the media gave Fisher a pass on using his daughter as a way to get out of his contract in Utah - this just confirms what a bunch of bs that all was.

    Riley's smart.

They need a flopper. That's why he'll take a lesser role. To fall over whenever he's touched on a hair follicle.

Give Morey Wade and Miami and see what happens.

Morey has Yao who has missed over 40% of his games. Not an easy sell.

Miami Heat will also negotiate with T-Mac and Shaq and sign for cheap also...

    PG - D-Wade
    SG - T-mac
    Sf - Lebron James
    Pf - Chris Bosh
    C - Shaq

    All Healthy - Beware!

If Fisher signs with the Heat it will be the icing on the cake as being one of my most despised teams in the NBA.

If they sign Fish its game over. I don't care how old he is. He's proven in the last 2 years he's clutch.

Selling stars on taking less $$ and coming together as one to win isn't an easy sell either. At least not a sell I can see anyone making that hasn't won a title, or a couple of titles. These players won't check their egos for just anyone.

You sound like a Jazz fan. I think you're in the wrong forum.

They said he's meeting with the Heat not that he's signing with the team, take it easy jeez.

Meet with the team most likely to challenge the lakers next year, not a leveraging tool for more money at all.
