If I can remember, Rockets fans weren't as frantic when Hakeem left...

I would have burned a Bud Adams jersey if there was such a thing.

Like someone said, it is a different situation. A more comparable situation would be if Dream had left. But then again, he never acted like Lebron. Cleveland has every right to be angry.

If Yao had left after having done all that Lebron has done? Heck yeah I would.

Yao would leave with far more class than the prince.

It really makes me happy that despite the board's apparent hate, 90% of you said no. To burn a jersey signifies a real hate, that you actually want harm done to this person...and that's just sick. You need help if you want someone hurt over something like this.

Lebron left. Sizemore out for the season. Shin Soo Choo out for 2 month.
What a nightmare for the city.

Hell no... thats $70 down the drain if you do that... But i would be pissed if Yao did leave the way lebron did. That was all just one big circus act, and a joke

To be honest. Not even Tracy McGrady deserves a jersey burning...

    Now... Scottie Pippen? Different story.

Pippen's jersey shouldn't even be mentioned in this thread. Pippen, himself, should be burned at the stake.

You've gotta feel for that city. All those horrible sports moments. Honestly, a die hard sports fan can only take so much punishment

I am just glad that I don't have a drama queen jersey right now; I don't have to make this decision.

The impact of Yao on the Rockets is nowhere near what Lebron is to the Cavs.

There are other ways to raise charity like a food drive or building a house or staying in Cleveland...
