I don't care what anyone says... Feigen is terrible. He doesn't provide any good information... Jason Friedman gives us better information and he actually works for the Houston Rockets...
there's no point. lol yeah like the 30 other teams in the NBA without the cap room to sign a max contract this offseason.. try this
- Re-sign Scola - Re-sign Lowry - Get Brad Miller - Cross fingers for healthy Yao Certainly a more feasible plan.
What do you mean? Doesn't the article say Rockects don't have to overpay scrubs because they have Yao in the middle?
Come on be serious. I can't wait for Yao to retire, then we wouldn't have to worry about if he is going to play a full season every single year.
That was pretty much "Plan A" minus Chris Bosh. Sure, they might have tried to finagle Scola into the trade but they've been saying for months that Scola and Lowry were going to be back. Basically, re-signing ScoLowry and anything we do with our MLE is more or less "Plan A" but without Bosh. If we acquire another player via S+T, then that's a "Plan B".
Using (much of) the MLE might not be in the Rockets' best interests. I have an article coming out on the front page in the next day or two. I'll talk more about it there.
