This will finally be over on Thursday with the annoucement by Lebron. If Wade and Bosh end up in Miami that team will not be in line to get out of the Eastern Conference next season. I just can't wait for this media circus to be done with. I just can't wait to see what the Rockets have in mind to get the team ready for next season.

Also if anyone goes and takes a look at the top 25 money earners list in the general NBA thread you see Tmac at number 7 all time. No Heat players who spent a majority of their careers on the list except Mourning kind of since he came from the Hornets later in his career after his big deal I believe. Then 2 other Rockets players technically if you look at it that way. Mutumbo, Juwon Howard. i guess Shaqs three years count in Miami too but no Chicago players or career players who spent a majority of their careers in those other towns. Kind of dispelled all those dumb myths about making more with Miami and Chicago. Jordan isnt even close in total salary earned but he made it back all in endorsements I am sure. He was Jordan though and Bosh is a someone from Canada nobody knows about accept now he is Dwayne Wades diekick probably. If he isnt and your reading this. Sorry Bosh. No money there for you like here. Maybe for your agent but not for you like Tmac made. Top 10 alltime.

I appreciate the flashback to Gov355M Human Behavior as Rational Action. This could definitely benefit Houston, but I still think our chances are slim, so far it doesn't seem like he has much interest in Houston, although we may be the only one willing to pay him without him playing center. Raptors aren't going to get a better offer than Houston or Chi, imo.

i hardly think so by leaking this news it shows desperation by the agent

seems like Toronto is playing hardball and saying that they will only entertain offers from certains teams I am going to say that these teams DO NOT include Chicago or Miami. By leaking this info Thomas is trying to call Toronto's bluff.

But everyone and their momma in the Toronto front office knows the biggest factor is for Bosh to have that 6th year and extra 30 million over the life of his contract. Toronto isnt exactly backing down hence this play by Thomas.

If anything this has given more hope to Houston (and other teams mentioned like Dallas, Spurs, LA) that this info was leaked.

I said this before and I'll say it again I would just LOVE to see a player of Bosh's caliber leave that much money on the table. If he does more power to him and to the raptors to not caving in.

Amare took less than the 6 years (5 year max) but he and phoenix burnt bridges long ago and he pretty much knew that the Suns would not sign and trade him and he didnt even entertain any sign and trade notions with phoenix. So he didnt really expect (i cant say want since no one will turn down 30million) to get the max 6 year....Bosh does expect it and wants it bad.

After being shut out unsuccessfully by Thomas, you know Morey is working the phones with Coangelo convincing him to call Bosh's obvious bluff and work with Houston. Coangelo knows Bosh is leaving Morey is just trying to soften the blow as much as possible with the best possible deal.

That was always a myth with endorsements for both Wade and Bosh. Maybe for his agent and Wade? Not for Bosh in another town as a sidekick. Also the salary and notoriety. Tmac isnt being still being mentioned everywhere despite the fact he is done because he wasnt popular everywhere and in Houston and the one of the top jersey sellers and product movers of the NBA for China. This was all myth created by our own posters some of them and ESPN too.

Nice put. 30M$ is way heavier than Wade.

So... to encourage Colangelo to call Bosh's bluff, can Morey provide him with some incentive such as: If you stand firm and Bosh signs his 5 year deal with MIA, we'll give you Sergio Llull drafts rights for some nominal consideration (like $200K cash)?

Top ten earner like Tmac? Yhe most moved products involving Tmac top ten in China? Your own big fish in a huge lake scenario with Houston and China? Or Wade your buddy and some fishing? I hope he gets the max there. Thats not chump change to get 5 year max or the full with Miami so he made out fine if thats the case.

No, keep Llull. He can be a player. Chris Bosh does not want to play in Houston. It's not complicated.

Bosh's tweet is interesting to me. Just a front to make it seem like he's all of a sudden cool with the 5 yr deal.

If I were Toronto. I would say, "F*** you Bosh! And F*** you booty buddies" (Wade and James). Why take cr@p back from other teams to help out a cr@ppy player like you who think he is god given talent to the power forward position? I rather promote my team the way it is. Pretty sure the Toronto fans would say the same thing.

Why should I help you get an extra 30 million dollars? So you can be on a team you prefer and be able to live the good life. Well guess what? Life's not fair!

I'm happy with Scola. They both have similar stats. It's just that bosh have a few tenths higher than scola but I rather put my hard earned money into a humble blue collar woker in scola than some drama queen. Hey look at me i'm chris bosh who is spoil and believe he is up there with james and wade category. Really though? Is this the same guy who ask his fans to help vote him into the allstar game? He's like the kardashian girls. One of those, "wtf! How did they got famous?".

Can someone explain one thing to me? Bosh has made it clear that he doesn't want to play big minutes at the 5. He said and I quote, "Let me just put it this way, Dwight Howard weighs 50 pounds more than I do and he plays center."

If Bosh teams up with Wade in Miami, who is going to play the 5? I looked at their roster and they have Jamal Maiglore, and a rookie they drafted in the 2nd round.

Wade and Bosh alone will get that team to the playoffs.

    James will stay in Cleveland.

Joe Johnson might end up in New Jersey.

All of this hoopla reminds me of the realignment talk that just went on recently.

It ain't over until it's over.

Isn't JJ already committed to Atlanta? What benefits does he get if he changes his mind and goes to the Nets?

lol some people sure are jealous bosh prefers to play in miami. Wade took a bunch of nobodys to the 5th seed last year and competed with boston. Wade steps it up big in the playoffs, if bosh is half the player people on this board make him out to be they can definitely make it out of the east.

the rest of you can keep dreaming bosh wants to play here, he is debating the money, he is like the hot young gold digger debating whether to be stuck with the old scum bag for few years just to be rich (houston) or follow his heart and go to miami where he won't be as rich but can find true love (wade)
