That was Bucher's EXAMPLE of a scenario that would work. That was not Ric Bucher saying a deal was complete.

 

It's not a done deal. It was just thrown out there by Bucher as what he thought would get it done. It may very well be true but nothing official yet.

 

I believe Bucher was speaking in hypotheticals, in response to someone saying that Toronto would refuse to do any S&T with Miami.
