I have them at 54 wins. Rockets could go higher should Patterson, Hill, and Budinger develop even more. Which is actually pretty likely with at least one of them does. Also if Yao turns into his old self by seasons end I can see us get at least into the second round of the playoffs. From there? Its all about matchups and who we play.
With Al Jefferson - 55 wins and contender status. Without Al Jefferson - 50 wins and a 1st rd exit.
Probably not the best thread, considering the roster is not even close to being set for all we know. Plus, Clutch normally makes a prediction thread at the start of each season anyway.
This is foolish / I hope it's a joke. Al Jefferson doesn't do much for us that we don't already have. Not to mention that he has no knees, no length and no defense. I wish people would shut up about him / Rubio, one is a waste of money because he doesn't fill a need and the other is untested / not gonna leave Minny (or the rights of Minny, at least) for a while. To answer the OP w/out Bosh: 54-55 wins, at least 2nd round and maybe further depending on injuries (both our way and elsewhere), matchups, etc. w/ Bosh: 59-62 wins, at least conference finals, though a championship certainly is reachable. If Morey thinks so, I think so.
Depends on Yao's health. If he plays 85% of regular season games and no other long term injuries to Kevin Martin, & AB. Id say 50-53 wins. Maybe second round in playoffs depending on matchups and injuries injuries injuries.
