I'd be surprised if Bosh ends up at Houston. We didn't even receive an invitation for formal meeting. How can he decide to join the Rockets with just a 20 min meeting? Not until we have a chance of a longer presentation.

There really is no place with the money and resources to get all three. 30 mil is 30 mil and as much as these guys are chums they still have agents who want the extra cash they get for a full max contract. People should remember that if the CBA changes this is also the last chance for agents to negotiate for 6 yrs deals with max increases. I also think Dirk getting his NO-Trade Clause is going to have an effect on things too. All and all I don't think any team can really get even two of these guys unless the Heat find someone who values Beasley enough to get involved as a third team. Even then its not like Heat draft picks are going to be worth much, the value isn't there.

Dont know if anyone saw this, didn't see it posted, but on Mike and Mike this morning (featuring Tim Kurkijian and that other guy I can't remember who is very animated) they made Chris Broussard guess where the FA's will go. For Bosh he said, "Miam....no...Houston"

He thinks Bosh's desire for that 30M and Miami's inability to offer a decent S&T to Tor puts us as most likely.

Not that his opinion really matters much...

Honestly we don't need a formal meeting with the guy. If he comes here he's getting max money so there is no need for contract talks. We don't have to sell him on winning because we won 42 last year without him and Yao and without KMart for a majority of the year. Morey is known around the league to be one of the best gms and Les is known to spend and go over the luxury tax when we need to. He doesn't have to play center if Yao is healthy so the only thing we really have to sell him on is Yao being healthy. We have plenty of pieces to make a S&T work with Toronto so that isn't an issue either. Pretty much the only thing Bosh needs to know from us if he decides to come here is where does he sign.

Well if that Miami scenario happens? Then we dont have to worry about them. Bosh and Wade wont win a Championship ever again and the Miami Heat with its two stars like Yao and Tmac are getting bounced in the first round every year because they have no support. Welcome to the sunny version of purgatory in Miami again Bosh. I am thinking Lee or Boozer sound good. We could be talking Lakers VS Rockets Western conference Finals with Boozer in the lineup.

Wade/Bosh to Chi ignores major issue: doing 2 S&Ts. Someone would have to take Deng's deal. No one will. Tor wants picks/trade exception.

RicBucher For those saying Chi can S&T for 1 and sign other outright: forget it. Neither Bosh nor Wade is taking less than 6 yr, $120m. Nor wd you.

We don't know what they will or won't do.....it is all speculation right now.

It may come down to who blinks.

Would Toronto let him walk and get nothing back? I doubt it.

I think the best chance for the Rockets to get Bosh is to take back Hedo's horrendous contract. Is Bosh worth it?

I think what we know is everyone wants as much money as they can get. And for players changing teams that's S&Ts.

The question is, if Wade goes back to Miami, will Toronto want to S&T Bosh to Miami for the PTE + 1st rounder. We know Toronto does not want Beasley. The more Toronto "appears" to play hardball in S&Ts, the better for the Rockets changes because Bosh is not going to Miami outright.

I think Miami with Wade is the biggest challenge for the Rockets changes at Bosh.

The teams that have money for 1.7 max contracts, (Miami, Chicago etc) they can sign their big get and then use the rest on guys like Boozer and Lee. Both of those PFs will gladly take the 12M per season for those teams.

I'd take it if we Send Ariza and get to keep the picks and one of the young guys. (Bud/Hill)

They will let him walk before they take on garbage (Deng's contract, Beasley).

The question then becomes whether or not Bosh will leave money on the table. I doubt that as well.

I"m not sure how I missed the fact that Miami has Toronto's 1st round pick. If Miami is willing to return it for Bosh, that's likely enough to get a SnT done. That pick plus a TE is enough.

If that's the case, Bosh is definitely going to Miami. I can't believe I missed this critical fact.

The only drama is if Miami insists on keeping the pick. The TE and Miami's picks aren't gon gto be enough.

Same here. We can't forget that Hedo was a Adelman guy.

Good question. Another question is whether Bosh would want to sign up with what would be a pretty gutted Miami team, even with Wade.

Come on....that is what has been out there, but that doesn't mean it is true.

    Ugh.
