Nothing really new from Broussard this morning. Sloppy recap:

-Houston still 3rd behind Miami and Chicago
-It would be a surprise if he doesn't end up with LeBron or Wade(or maybe he said the cities Miami or Chicago, don't remember  ) after all the talk that he would end up there
    -Bosh still wants a S&T
-Toronto however still isnt appealed saying they dont want Deng from Chicago and Miami doesnt have any real assets. They do like Noah from Chicago, though unlikely they'd give him up. Push comes to shove, Chicago may have to give him up if they want Bosh.

Toronto doesn't want Deng from Chicago or any of the assets from Miami, yet Houston is in third behind these teams? Hmm.

I think it was more point of view, it sounded more like were Lebron and/or Wade end up will probably be his destination(Chicago or Miami) BUT that he wanted the MAX deal and neither Chi or Mia have the assets to make it happen minus Noah who isn't available YET. Houston sounds like the fall back plan in which he gets his money and would be happy coming here.

Probably in terms of where Bosh wants to go. It sounds like he wants to play with Wade, but also wants the full sign and trade 6 years/max money deal. The question is, which does he want more, and if Wade goes back to Miami as expected, will Toronto even do a SnT with them?

I think Chris wants to follow Wade and/or Lebron AND wants a SnT. I think Wade heads to the Bulls but the Bulls don't have a good enough offer to SnT Chris. So either the Bulls up their offer (which I don't think they will) or Chris takes the max offer from the Bulls (which I don't think he will). Will he be able to get his SnT from where ever Lebron goes? Something inside tells me Lebron may be headed to the Nets but logically that doesn't make sense - Lebron and Bosh added to the worst team in the NBA is not a formula for winning it all.

Good points. I don't think any of the Big 3 will go to a rebuilding situation. They're at the point in their careers when they would like to win now. So if any of them move to one of the other teams with cap space (Miami, NY, NJ, Chicago) it'll likely be as a duo. The most likely pairing, should this happen, I speculate would be Wade and Bosh to Chicago or LeBron and Bosh to Chicago. Hopefully, LeBron & Wade remain where they are, and Bosh comes to Houston in a SnT.

On the 12pm SC, again, same stuff basically. Houston has the best chance after those first 2(CHI, MIA). Again, Toronto doesnt want Deng, Miami has no pieces Toronto likes. He wants the S&T to earn max years and max $$$. Dallas wants or is trying to get involved but he dont want to play at home in Dallas, also threw out NJ where they could work out a S&T using Favors as the main piece. Gonna be interesting?!

Why are we third to Miami? Miami doesnt have a team and the Bulls arent a better team with Wade and Bosh on it than Bosh coming to the Rockets to add a Yao to a 42 win team. That just doesnt make sense to me. These guys want their money but not the Rockets? The hugest TV market in the whole NBA? Their agent dont know what his priorities should be. The players either. They didnt really think this thing through real good in their preseason summit obviously?

I assume we're 3rd because of D.Wade-Miami connection. Otherwise, if Wade left, Miami in general is screwed. Bosh has made it [indirectly] clear that he wants to play with an elite wing player in Wade or James.

From what Broussard keeps saying, if Bosh wants a 6 year max in a SnT, then Houston is basically his only choice.

I don't know Kevin Martin isn't "elite" but he sure is near it!

Yes Budinger behind them and Lowry with Martin and Brooks are better than Rose and Wade with nobody behind them. We just have more depth. They got rid of Heinrich. This is a team game and depth makes our backcourt better over the long season and playoffs.
