i contend that they dont need to replace carell at all, rather they need to get rid of jim and pam too. addition by subtraction. w/out carell their lameness will overrun the show like a cancerous tumor. they must be cut out now, before they consume the show. matthew perry is intriguing. but it seems like kathy bates is being groomed for the role. or they could bring in david wallace to run scranton.
I like the mention of Perry actually, that could be interesting They should end it really, but if they want to continue, from within they could promote Dwight which might make the show a little more interesting. They could bring Todd Packer in more to do something. Outside of characters on the show, I think it could be interesting to see them give Rickey Gervais a shot. After all the show is his creation and he is one of the funniest people alive.
Why would anyone want to end it? What good comes from ending it? Just don't watch it if you want it to end. If everyone had that mentality we wouldn't have discovered America.

I like the idea of Bob Saget or Jonathan Lithgow. Or maybe it will be Daryl since Craig's been getting bigger roles outside of the show.
That would be great. Part of the Minorities in Management thing he is in. Rocket River maybe even bring back the Black Guy that had been to Prison and was telling everyone how great it was.
