*Lowry runnin this 2nd team, the general who likes to run and make things happen
*Taylor, slasher and very athletic, can run
*Budinger, receiver alley oops, can hit a shot, and catch a ball while slashing
*Hill, can get up and down the floor, great size, great weak side shot blocker
*Hayes, great low post defender, likes to push the tempo, great at getting steals and hitting the outlet man (lowry) and get things rollin

I'm just saying that all these guys fit together as a 2nd unit. We are lucky to have a 2nd unit that likes to play the same type of basketball and fit together so well

    I like this one better:

    6'1 Lowry
    6'4 Jermaine Taylor
    6'7 Chase Budinger
    6'9 Patrick Patterson
    6'10 Jordan Hill

This unit has more size than the one you provided on top... ;)

Yeah I like size, but I'm not real sure of Patterson's style of play and tempo he likes. Maybe Patterson will fit better and Hill can move over to the 5. I guess that leaves Chuck as a situational defender.

So you want all the backups in there together at the same time? Brilliant!

oh yeah forgot to mention that Hill is perfect with Hayes though because Hayes is a master of one on one and pick and roll defense. Thats where Hill comes in with his weak side shot blocking skills.

Okay well if you want some starters in there I guess it could work with Brooks and Ariza in there

    Lowry
    Brooks
Ariza? He doesnt really fit the bill though, Budinger works here better
    Hill
    Hayes

    There i gave you brooks.

If you read the first sentence, he says this is for the 2nd team.

Why don't you guys just ignore the thread if you don't like it instead of trying to crap all over it? What else do you want - another Bosh update where teams and players' agents try to manipulate the media and each other for better deals?

lol oh man... i am just talking about finding guys who play the same style of basketball as lowry and i find it that we are lucky to have 5 guys who can actually be out there at the same time that are molded together perfectly. this is a perfect lineup to run and gun with. im not saying we should start them. im not even saying we should give them more than 5 minutes to play at the same time. im just saying this is a great run and gun 5. geez

lowry doesnt do well in a set up offense, he is good on the run
taylor is the ideal shooting guard for a run and gun offense
budinger is an ideal small forward for a run and gun offense
hill is a perfect compliment to hayes
hayes is a perfect compliment to hill

me thinks, not many people on here have played organized basketball and dont understand that you cant just throw out 5 random guys on the court at any moment. the lineup i mentioned would be a great change of pace lineup

and for the guy who wants some starters out there, scola would work, but i would rather have hill with this lineup for his ability to block shots because block shots usually equal fast breaks
