Yep. That's part of our sales pitch. You want to become a worldwide brand? Well, every one of our games has more viewers than the freakin' Super Bowl. I've never seen Bosh's name on the list of top selling jersey's in China. If Bosh comes here, that will change.

Seriously, I couldn't care less about what he does in this wild off-season as long as he delivers his A game on the court. From what I read, Bosh does care about winning. Let him have his moment, I know Morey is smiling somewhere.

Although I wouldn't have a problem with Morey trading Scola for Bosh, I just don't think that's going to happen. It's going to be really hard to work a deal with Scola and then trade him to Toronto. Who knows Scola would even want to go. Maybe the Spurs target Scola. That wouldn't shock me one bit.

Based on everything we've seen, one of our wings are going to be traded to Toronto. Colanglo must be intersted in having one of those guys.

I don't think it's the attention whoring. The important part to me was that those teams want him to take below the max. If that's true (hell if any of this is true....I believe nothing actually) then that's key. We would have a big advantage if we are willing to pay what others aren't. It also makes sense that Miami and Chicago would want him to take a slight decrease.

    funny observation

but mcgrady was a diva on court

from all i have heard bosh is not

and really i dont care what they do off the court as long as it does effect the team play on the court.

rodman was a definition of a diva off the court driving bulls fans made with his antics, but when on the court he drove opponents mad.

I don't see a big problem with the cameras around but I can see why other teams might. They're making their case for what they have plan going forward and it's on film. Not good for business.

We are going to lose some key players if Bosh comes to Houston... Still like the idea.

Bosh plays hard... My major concern is his knee.

it's not as if he is breaching confidentiality agreements or filming private meetings. at least, i don't think they said he was.

sorry but Bosh is already snapping pictures with D-Wade. Right now i'd give it a 80% chance he signs with Miami, 20% somewhere else.

Maybe you and I read different posts. Because I don't see any part where Miami and Chicago don't want him. Instead, it's rather they don't want to give up extra to get him. There's a difference between offering Bosh a slightly-under-max 5 year contract, and giving him the 6yr max-max deal while giving up Noah or Beasley/Chalmers.

Basically, is Bosh > Amare/Boozer + Noah/Beasly+Chalmers + 6th year not guaranteed? THAT is the question Chicago and Miami are asking themselves. Not whether they want to sign Bosh or not. And if they answer no to that question... Morey's in business. :)

Skip brought up a great point. I don't care for him but I have to give him credit on this one.

He stated that Amare should be the one people are targeting based on his performances he's had during the playoffs. He brought up the point that Amare put up big numbers when it counts. He said Bosh put up numbers on a bad team.

Now to kill what he said.... Amare had Nash which makes a big difference. Bosh hasn't played on a team like Amare has nor with a great PG. I still take Bosh all day. Amare sucks at rebounding... Hell Scott Padget could rebound better than him. Bosh can rebound which is very key for our team.

Bucher is seriously discounting New Jersey. Those guys are pretty serious and should not be under-estimated.

I could live with this assuming Scola, Battier, Ariza are gone.

    Yao
    Bosh
    Brewer
    Martin
    Brooks

    Miller
    Cbud
    Lowry
    Hill
    Hayes

That's as good or better than any starting lineup in the league and a pretty damn good bench too.

I dont get the people that complain that Bosh isnt a max contract guy...how much is he supposed to be making then?

If youve seen the other contracts being dished out, then you'd quickly realize that Bosh is worth the max.
