    Good game.

Ronaldinho would of made a big difference in this game.

Like I said earlier, Felipe Melo is a bust.

Why would they play that tool again???

TMA, I gotta call you out, but Melo sucks!!!!

Brazil beat themselves. That was an epic meltdown. They just don't know how to play from behind.

Great game. This side of the bracket is now really interesting with Netherlands vs. Uruguay/Ghana. New faces guaranteed in the final.

I'm surprising Brazil lost their composure so quickly playing Dungaball.

Kudos to the Dutch. I hope Uruguay can step up to the plate.

Is there a more useless player than Van Persie? Seriously the guy has no business being in the world cup. He stunk it up with all the chances throughout the tournament. I also think he's overrated with Arsenal. Kuyt should get more touches (Maybe that's my Pool bias).

Despite my disappointment, I guess this shouldn't really be a surprise. I think the Dutch had a lot more star power than Brazil this year.

^ Why are you counting Ghana out? They will put up a good fight.

Read this on the Univision side FaceBook scroll thingie:
This would be the first loss for Brazil when Robinho scores and the first time Brazil has lost a match under Dunga when both Kaka and Robinho play.

Because I think Uruguay has a better chance of beating Holland. So It's more hopeful than anything :)
Also maybe if the last of the African teams is out, they'd stop with the fly trumpets.

LOL I knew this Brasil team was not as good as advertised, they folded as soon as they went down, couldn't even keep their composure, Brazil teams are not supposed to do that.

Kaka was exactly what his name implies and Robinho was nowhere to be found when it mattered. This Brazil team didn't have the ingredients the old teams have had, I said that from the beginning.

Anyway the game was quite boring, no real quality chances other than the goals really. Really don't know why the Brazil defense was just standing there when Holland scored the second goal, there was no movement towards the ball by anybody when the corner was kicked in. Dunga is not going to be coach any longer and the guy who got the red is probably never going to make the national team in the future.

This was probably the best game so far, very intense..

As for Ghana, i now think they will make the finals, Netherlands is beatable and Uruguay is overrated.

Actually I thought Kuyt was the one who sucked hard in this match. Persie has struggled with finishing (wonder if that has to do with his long injury like Torres) but he still played well on the right with Robben. Kuyt on the left side did almost nothing to help Sneijder out and I kept expecting them to take him out and put in Elia, but no.

That's what's scary about the Dutch - less than stellar performance from Persie, invisible Kuyt, ran their entire offense through Robben and Sneijder on the right and they still dispatched Brazil. Didn't even need Elia. It's like they haven't even peaked yet.

    Agreed, good post.

Do you think a Ronaldinho or a Pato would have helped?

If this was North Korea, dude would probably be water boarded for pure idiocy. I hope the media rips him a new one.

I agree, this was worth putting up with the trumpets. Exciting to see players get too emotional and play dirty, on both sides.

But why would you say Ghana could make the finals? I don't think people are overrating Uruguay tho.
