    I'm guessing so they can have time off between the quarter/semi finals and the semis/final and still have the final on Sunday.

    Holland had a corner. The kicker just barely touched the ball without making a pass or a cross or any intention of letting his teammates do so, which finally allowed the Brazilians to regain possession.
