I think whenever a player changes his number, they should let fans exchange the old jersey for the new free. I bet a lot of fans would rather keep both jerseys. But the free exchange policy would at least pacify those who felt cheated.

That is messed up, he committed adultery which is flat out wrong, but there was no proof that he committed rape, and in our system the so called innocent until proven guilty, that just wasn't the case with this. Not only was the case dropped and not processed, they found that she had sex with 3 different guys in the past week, aside from that she was a receptionist who had no business coming to the room, but she voluntarily walked up there, went inside, closed the door and admitted to making out with him, all that and did'nt want to have sex? yea she saw money alright,

given the lack of evidence(put yourself n a position like that) yet to be labeled as a rapist is just sad. It happened with the Hofstra University boys who had consensual sex with one girl, yet she was embarrassed, called it rape, and all of them no questions asked were arrested and labeled until she admitted it was consensual...no excuse for what he did, was just wrong, but not appropriate to call him that still, especially given the other stories, people are quick to judge in a country where its innocent until proven guilty, if you caught yourself in a mess and were accused of something you did not do, i am sure you would like the same

LOL what I find funny is how you read the headline and assume that's the case.

Headline: Lebron James' tribute to MJ a fraud

    Evidence: none

LBJ didn't admit he was just faking it, the whole thing is speculation on the writer's part. Is he correct? Probably so, however to say that LBJ change jersey numbers 100% from a monetary perspective is just speculation on the writer's part. If he didn't respect MJ's skills as a player at all why will he be looking anxiously at MJ for his approval?

You guys really need to work on your reading comp. skills. A lot of the headlines say something different from the content of the article, yet most of you just run along with it anyway.

This story is probably true, but no big deal. This confiscation of the video tapes was a bigger story than this.
