Exactly...no reason to be holier than thou DD...I'm not defending what this douche did, but if the girls were clothed, how is it different than looking at other sites on the net or even magazines or tv...where does it end? its another reason people shouldn't text pics of themselves to anyone, even if its someone you think you trust...
Do they ever get sued over it? Do they ever have to pay out damages? I honestly don't know, it just seems that it is a risk to me. I am only thinking of Clutchfans.....nothing more. I am not trying to be holier than thou...just trying to say it might be a risk..... I agree about posting pics.....heck...if anyone knows about that, I DO ! DD
I doubt that, unless the pictures are being used for some commercial/advertising purpose. The only thing SCK was advertising is the size of his penis.
You still haven't offered a reason why clutchfans could get in trouble, or even why the kid could. Has something happened that you think is illegal?
Maybe, I would have to see if a lawyer agrees, if a girl is underaged, and sending pics to a guy who posts them without her permission to a public site like this, to me that sounds like it could be trouble or a violation of privacy. I will leave it to the real lawyers to comment though. DD
Honestly, I think under any sort of examination this "kid" and his "girls" would be found to be nothing more than just typical BS. Those girls all had that classic myspace/facebook taking a picture of myself pose, he could have lifted them from anywhere.
[Stepping sideways...looking at each other... then close up of Doc's eyes... moves down to mouth as he says...] "SAY WHEN."
Been out of pocket for 2 days and evidently 40 Pages worth of stuff! and this is still #1 spot on the bbs when I log in unbeleivable Rocket River
What constitutes child p*rnography is specifically defined. Just because the girl in a picture is underage means nothing in and of itself.

possibly, Clutch doesnt take kindly to people talking to him like that. a note for those of you saying " its just the internet" or " Have you seen other boards?" That is not the point...in general we like to think our board is a class above most other boards. If you don't like it, no one is making you keep coming here.
Can you clarify whether the dood could have gotten Clutchfans in trouble for those pics? I think he shouldn't have posted them, but I don't see how this site could get in trouble for fully clothed girls.
