He probably likes the Lakers, Yankees, and cowboys, too.

It's crazy how a team that is supposedly decades behind a team like Mexico can beat Spain.

Now, I see why he hates on the US team. We snapped their winning streak.

Sorry Reeko. I had to go there :p

Not a Brazil fan but Dani Alves does play for them ;)

Spain fan first. But my Barca love is equivalent to my Rockets Love.

No, this is the most talented Spanish squad we've EVER had. Puyol and Xavi won't be around for the next WC so our Defense will be gone.

We have a history of choking in games so not making it to the finals would be devastating :(

If Argentina beat Spain or Brazil won the WC I'd be bummed.

Great game, first half was exciting, then Spain got the work done.

Has anyone noticed they are speaking Brazilian Portuguese yet the colors on the dead guy are Portugal?

Spain is going to be very difficult to beat.

The best midfielders in this tournament so far are Schweinsteiger, Iniesta, Oezil and Xavi, as far as I am concerned.

What's your world cup dream team so far?

Mine is this (and this will obviously change as the tournament progresses):

    GK: Eduardo (POR)
Defense: Lahm (GER), Lucio (BRA), Tulio (JAP), Heinze (ARG)
Midfield: Schweinsteiger (GER), Xavi (ESP), Iniesta (ESP), Oezil (GER)
    Forwards: Robben (NED), Villa (ESP)

Could probably also replace Robben with Tevez or someone else, and Tulio with Maicon or someone.

By the way, I made some money on that Spain bet...

Pique is pretty impressive to me as well. I'm not sure if he deserves a spot in the top 4 but the guy has great composure and always seems to make the right play.

    Lucio is an awesome player.

    I would replace:

    Defense:
Tulio for Maicon (BRA) ... Maicon has been a beast.
Heinze for John Mensah (GHA) ... Mensah has missed two games but when he's played he's been vital to the team, saved his teams a$$ a number of times.

    Midfield:
Schweinsteiger for Muller (GER) ... 3Goals 3Assists enough said.
Xavi for Kaka (BRA) ... Kaka as not even hit form, yet still created 3 goals for his team.

Fowards: Robben for Suarez (URG) ... Robben played one great game and is the better player, but Suarez has been amazing, his team won't be where it is without him.

    GK: Eduardo
    Def: Maicon, Lugano, Heinze, Coentrao
Mid: Messi, Sneildjer (sp?), Iniesta, Schwienzsteiger (sp?)
    Off: Villa, Higuain

    Subs:

Tevez, Gyan, Vittek, Lucio, Vidic, Oliz.

Im not sure if the goal of Spain could've been offside, but Im not sure so it was a tough call.

Sneijder isn't the best on the midfield for The Netherlands this tournament. Van Bommel has be solid. Sneijder had 2 great passes, but nothing more.
