cle can offer more money than any team in the nba to james.

if he chooses to go to another team (ie chicago with bosh), then a lot will be based on the fact he has a better chance he can win it all and making less money.

You guys would be idiots to not want one of the best players in the history of the NBA.
Imagine him on this team. We would easily be favorites to win it all.
That team on the Cavs was just not that good surrounding him. I know he wants to win it badly. You guys are very very ignorant for the reasoning that you create for not wanting him.

Injuries lead to a swift decline with McGrady. Lebron hasn't had the same issues as McGrady - he's built like a tank.

You'd have to be an idiot to not want him in a Rockets uni.

Yes, i think you may be the only one.
    Your logic is so flawed.
He carried him team to amazing regular season records, with teams that wern't so amazing.
Even if he is a money man, he plays with heart and passion, and is a great team player who can carry a team - (dont say he cant because he hasnt carried his team to a finals, you cannot do it alone, and i know he wasnt amazing in the playoffs... etc)
Most players are money men, its their job, its human instinct (especially in modern western/individualistic cultures) to pursue money

I am with you, he is Lebron Fames first of all. He is after that billion above all, can't blame him, but if I had a choice between him and the other stars, Kobe, wade, Durant, Howard, I would go with them first just because I respect their mentality and approach and almost trust it that much more rather than have this kid call himself king in 3rd person, run a franchise, adn then threatent to leavee it for a bigger market or sto make a movie or some crap.

I hope he never wins a ring. He is the most hyped athlete ever. Look at all the coverage about him, as if his two-time regular season MVP is the ****. I also hope he teams up with Bosh and both of them not winning anything, just so people could stop with the excuses for him.

Wade won with Shaq and pretty much a supporting cast with the same talent as the Cavs's squad this year. Sure, Shaq is older, but he could still provide about 20 solid minutes. What about Ilgauskas, one of the top centers in the league? What about Jamison? This season he had his highest FG percentage.

Basically, the point I'm trying to make is, the supporting cast Lebron has is always the blame. So if he moves, he'll have to redo with a new team. And if he fails to win a championship, it will be because of his new teammates, whether it be he's new to them or it be they are not talented enough to help him. But if he stays and does not win a championship, then these old teammates are hopeless.

It's clear that a lot of people cant stand Lebron's personality. He's very in-your-face with his shananigans which include the incessant dancing with teammates and his media interviews where he has very little to say of substance (see: larry king). Personally, I find it a little ostentatious.

That said, if he came to the Rockets, I think there would be some tension between his unparalleled talent on the court with his childishness on and off the court. He's the best talent in the NBA without a close second, but the lack of maturity has to get fixed.

ur not the only one bub, I dont think Lebron is worth a darn if u ask me, hes not clutch he gets great numbers in the regular season but postseason the game slows down to a more halfcourt game and his jump shot isnt good enuff for teams that sag off and dares him to shoot, hes jus not that guy to take u there imo

Clutch is often a factor of what your talent and team around you dictate.

Would Robert Horry have been "clutch" if everytime he had the ball two guys were guarding him? Is Yao Ming not "clutch" because when he gets the ball teams beat the crap out of him when his teammates can't score? Was Michael Jordan "clutch" or was he so physically gifted that he could hang in the air longer. Was Steve Kerr "clutch" or did he benefit from the greatest player of all time passing him the ball?

A-Rod was often labeled as not "clutch" because in small sample sizes he wasn't producing. Then all of a sudden guess what happened? In another small sample size he did produce, and he carried a team to a championship. Kobe has had plenty of playoff games and series where he was not "clutch" yet somehow that isn't on our mind. Same goes for baseball players like Andy Pettitte.

The thing is, small sample sizes can skew reality for us. Put Lebron on a well constructed team and you will see playoff results that mirror his talent level. In Cleveland he has been easy to mess up in the playoffs because the rest of his team is pretty mediocre and teams have just refused to let Lebron beat them.
