    He wasn't driving. From the article, sounds like he got arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. I'm guessing his drunk buddies were starting some crap and the high guy joined in on the fun.

    Didn't read it...Just pointing out that you CAN get arrested in certain situations (like driving) for being high. :)
