Rose expectations were nowhere near to what Jordan did.

Lebron, as the "new generation" claims is just as good as MJ.

i will never bet on a Lebron James team to win the finals, until they win one.

I've made some good money the last 2 years betting against his teams.

Makes sense. That's the best option for him to get paid and instantly compete for a title. They can still get one more max guy too, and already have good young players.

Like you said, add a SG to that lineup and WOW! By the time the playoffs started and they got used to playing together, this team would be prohibitive favorites to win the title. Wouldn't surprise me if they challenged the 72-10 all-time record in 2011/12 (assuming no lockout).

If Bosh joins Lebron in Cleveland, I believe they would the favorites to win the title.

It's irrational, what the board has done with Bosh. Alot of posters where hyping up for him to come here, when in reality we weren't his 1st or even 6th choice. Even when he was on the "Mike and Mike Show," he looked like he was d#mn tired of hearing from fans from all of these cities aggravating him about what team he is going to.

Some are near disappointed that he isn't mentioning Houston that much, and is sounding as if he is already making his decision (Miami, New York, or Chicago).

It was a longshot deal in the first place, especially considering the guy is just not feeling Houston.

of course they will. Lebron's team has been the fav the last 2 seasons.

    "he's never had a bosh"

okay, I will still take the field.

I don't understand this line of thinking. Has what Kobe accomplished been slighted by what Magic accomplished? Has what Shaq accomplished for the Lakers been lessened by what Kareem accomplished? Has what Kareem accomplished for the Lakers been diminished by what Wilt accomplished?

Who played for a team before you and what they accomplished really only adds to your legacy. See Lakers/Celtics players who build on a team legacy.
