Rooting against England but that was a goal.

Payback for '66 by the soccer gods?

No, soccer isn't changed, because of technology we can now see when the ref/linesman make mistakes.

Just look at Germany England 1966

I am still pulling for Germany but hope that England at least ties the game.

    Never saw that vid.

Did that change the fate of either team?

If so, maybe this was the soccer gods balancing things out.

FIFA is more stupid than NBA. NFL rules.

Do you think the ref will be looking to give a penalty kick to England as a make up call?

I imagine we will see English players flopping quite a bit in the box in the 2nd half if they believe that.

I feel real bad for my boy Gerrard. He's the only reason why I'm not rooting against England. Altho it's difficult to root against Germany, those are a bunch of sold characters in that team.

Now I'm rooting against the ref. Maybe a massive heart attack in the second half? the world will squeal with joy.

Even if Germany wins this one, this is a disservice to them.

What are the names of the linesmen and the head ref?

I hope FIFA does the right thing and never let that group ref an official game ever again. Them and the group that did the USA games... and also the ones that did the opening South Africa game.

Bullsh!t! The soccer "gods" balanced it out by having Germany break our hearts almost every WC and Euro tournament since then.

Regardless of the terrible officiating, this game has been incredibly entertaining. Germany looks really fluid... Muller is going to be a star.

it just shows that it is not humanly possible to ref a game. we need replay.

    At least on Goals.

they can leave offsides alone even, for now.

or just fix both. and nobody will b**** about bad calls
