HOUSTON -- An investigation is under way after human remains turned up Friday near the 610 Loop in north Houston, police said. A pedestrian spotted a skeleton near the ramp coming from the Hardy Tollway. Officers said the remains appear to be that of a small woman in her 40s or 50s and that they appear to have been there for about a month. Investigators were going through missing persons reports. http://www.khou.com/news/local/-Human-remains-found-near-610-Loop-97209789.html
send in the forensic anthropologist... and a forensic artist... Bones and Angela will have her identified in a matter of tv seconds! You know.. it's sad when things like this make me automatically think of a tv show instead of a life lost. I think I'm spending too much time with you guys
You know that that series is about as far from reality as it can get, right? Then again, maybe we should send the CSI team too, I'm sure they can find some grainy security camera footage from a mile away and turn it into crystal clear 1080p in a bilnk of an eye.
Actually the science on that show is checked by Kathy Reichs (a real forensic anthropologist) it just takes much much longer to do the things they do on the show in mere minutes.
The bone stuff might be, but for example all the innovations that Angela has made would make her richer than Bill Gates in the real world. But yeah, nobody would probably watch it if it was realistic.
That's true... I always think of Angela as the artist rather than the computer guru (that's just to make the tv easier to write )
how did this thread become a thread about the BONES tv show? talk about derailment. Anywho I posit the killer is actually the OP/TC...normally killers are narcissistic by nature so I guess he posted that so we may bask in his glory! I am calling the cops.
I wondering the same thing myself, its a busy location. When I first drove by there I saw 2 cops a one car. I thought maybe there was an accident or something, but when I drove by about an hour or so later there was about 7 cops and 3 news vans.
