I know he must have Nearly Cried when the Rockets Drafted Eduardo at 38 and Must have had a heart attach when he was Traded to Cleveland . . a rich man's Clippers these days Rocket River I think Ed will be ok . . .even in exile of Cleveland ------------------
Najera was traded to Dallas, not Cleveland. ------------------ Cheaters never win. Unless you play for LA that is.
I was so happy when he was selected by Houston........ I threw my shoe at the TV when they traded him. --Rocketman SooneRockStro: I feel your pain OU Sooners for life ------------------
Sorry Soonerockstro but Nellie is still the coach and their owner is too meddlesome for them to ever go very far. ------------------ "Stranger things have happened, but none stranger than this" - Commentator after a parachutist landed in the ring of a Holyfield fight

Don't be stupid, y'all. Dallas is a sure 60-win team next year. I mean, they got Najera, and hell he led Oklahoma to nearly two post-season victories this past year. Monstrous. ------------------ You bring the bullets, I'll bring the wine.
I was in shock until the trade was announced. I refused to accept that El Hoopo would be a ROcket. I guess the Mavs really wanted him. ------------------
Kagy u joking right? Dallas at 60 wins . . . . hehehe They and the Clippers will meet in the conference Finals. Rocket River ------------------
Rocket River ,, please , please dont even joke like that .. can you imagine those TV ratings .......... talk about "I love this game" , that would be something !!! ------------------ "Why can't we just get along"...quote from a scientist in Half-life 2nd edition.
I was ticked when we drafted him, cause shoot we could've gotten Carrawell or Ernest Brown. The Mavs got great talent in Alexander and Etan Thomas. Najera has nothing to do with it. The Clippers scare me as a tea matching up with the Rockets. ------------------ The more lefties on your team, the better. Collier is Seven Foot and Left Handed. How can you go wrong? Trade or bench Kenny Thomas.
Hey Brian, were you watching the same draft I was, because I seem to remember the Mavs picking up Courtney Alexander, Etan Thomas, Pete Mickael and John Wallace. Let's not even mention that they picked up two of the most fiercest rebounders in the draft in El Hoopo and Donnell Harvey. I seriously think your on crack if you don't see that with all these players, not even mentioning Finley and Dirk Nowitzki, the Mavericks are true contenders to win the Midwest. I think we could see a Clippers-Mavericks finals next year. They obviously did more than any teams out there to improve themselves. The Mavericks are going into camp with 15 or 16 solid players. And when "El Hoopo" starts making a name for himself then I'd like to see who's laughing then. ------------------
Do you seriously think San Antonio or Utah is any better? Minnesota didn't do much to improve themselves. So really, I see the Mavs as the front-runners for the Midwest. It's rediculous that yall can't see the improvements made on an already near .500 ball club that went 17-4 in the last 21 games. I seriously think the Clippers will make the playoffs also. The Rockets are definitely not as good as Dallas or maybe even LAC for that matter. Call me when the Rockets get some above average forwards and centers. I see the Rockets as a team on the cusp of the playoffs right now and Dallas and LAC may have cost us a spot in the playoffs by improving so much. Here's how I see the playoffs next season. 1.LAL 2.Dal 3.Port 4.Pho 5.Utah 6.LAC 7.Minn 8.Sac --------- 9.San 10.Hou 11.Sea 12.Den 13.Van 14.GS ------------------
Dallas is improved but not to 2-seed status. The Clippers won't make the playoffs. That team is so raw- maybe in a few years but no way now. Here is how I see the playoffs. 1. Lakers 2. Wolves (they will take a step up and there isnt a true dominant Midwest team) 3. Blazers 4. Suns 5. Jazz 6. Mavericks 7. Rockets 8. Kings This is of course assuming Duncan leaves- if he stays the Spurs will be in. ------------------ Member of the pro-Collier/Langhi movement. IN RUDY WE TRUST!!
The Clippers are going to be the 6th seed? Ahead of Minnesota and Sacremento? Now who's smoking crack? Just because they have a bunch of "potentially" good to great players doesn't mean sh**. They definitely shouldn't suck next year, but I'll be surprised if they even break .500. ------------------
I agree with the cat. The Mavs improved themselves; however, besides raw talent, experience means alot. The mavs have no experience. Maybe give them some time. See if they can hold together the roster. However, we did see how their team of the future with Aguirre, Blackman, etc. disintegrated. ------------------
And you're saying BK is on crack? You know, there's a lot more to winning than just having good talent on paper... BrianKagy: In the future, you might want to use the [sarcasm]...[/sarcasm] tags... ------------------ "I wanna eat his children."
It's a bloody big Rookie WALL the Clippers are going to hit. ------------------ Stuff BBS, the Rockets and you guys It's all Clippers these days, come join the bandwagon and visit http://www.ClippersCity.net
The Mavs are going to be damn good with all the talent they got. I think they definitely surpassed San Antonio and probably Utah too. I wouldn't be surprised to see them win the Midwest next season. ------------------
