I am going to go with greg monroe. Not super duper athletic, but has great skills and court vision. I think John Wall will be great, but I don't want to consider him because he is too good.
I'm going to say Turner. At least for this year. I don't buy the hype that Wall gets when he can't lead 5 1st rounders into the Final Four.
Well the question was "who will end up being the best in the draft?" So how long it takes them is irrelevant.
Are we thinking by the end of next season, or by the end of their careers? I'm reading it as the latter, so readiness isn't much of a factor. I'll have to go with the obvious answer, Wall.
Blake Griffin. He's technically a rookie again since he didn't play a single minute last season. He will easily win ROTY. Evan Turner will be the best from the actual draft class. Doug Collins is going to coddle him and he's got the opportunity of the world to shine in Philly.
...lead the jazz to the glory hole. I said it once and i'll say it again...Patrick Patterson will be the greatest basketball player to have ever lived.
John Wall. I'm interested to see how Monroe does, but my gut tells me he may be overrated. He's somewhat lacking athletically compared to some of the other big men in college, and he doesn't strike me as having the brute size to be a dominant center. Which is why everybody keeps referring to his passing skills as his greatest strength. Still, he produced at an amazing clip in college, consistently, and production is what matters. I just don't see him being the best in the draft. I also see Wes Johnson as somewhat overrated and Cousins I think will be solid, but not the best. I do think Wall, Turner and Favors will all be all-stars at some point.
