-A star big man, preferebally at the 4 spot
-A weak side shot blocker to complement Cato.
-A few years of maturity.

I agree with all three points RocketSiv. but I'de also add finding some way to cut down on the turnover the Rockets can't seem to shake off. they're always one of the top teams at comitting turnovers.
