Doubt it, Didn't Yao get have chinese letters cut into his hair? Haven't heard of any friction between him and Yao. I doubt it's aimed at anyone, maybe it's just him commenting on his career.
Umm I meant...Didn't Ron have chinese letters cut into his hair? I thought that was some type of homage to Yao like how he has Scola's jersey in his house or whatever. Of course, as TracyMcGradyAddidas says...it could be Ron rambling about nothing.
I don't think Yao worked that hard. Injuries aside, I didn't see a lot of improvement in his game the last 3 or 4 years.
Seems like he is just talking up Kobe more than anything. I would have never thought it was a shot at Mac, had the thread title not suggested it. In addition, I doubt it has anything to do with Yao. The two always seemed like friends when he was with the team....laughing it up and joking. And even last season after we played the Lakers....I remember seeing Ron run up to Yao after the game, shake his hand and say something.
Wow..... I hate my share of players too, probably A. Kirilenko the most. I hate him so much, I wish I could a urine bomb right on his face. But wishing for a career ending injury is just low.....
There are some players that just flat out deserve one. But McGrady... unfortunately, is not one of those players.
