What is Jordan Farmar's market value. can he start on an NBA team?

    market value i would say no more than 2-3 million per year

    and if he is starting for your team then the other 4 positions better have all-stars at them otherwise your team will not be very good.

    Yes he can start on an NBA team. But that team better not have any championship aspirations. He might be able to lead a team to the playoffs but that is not a certainty either. Don't get me wrong Farmar is a serviceable NBA player and I believe he has some leadership abilities and wants to be good. However, if he wants to be a starter it will only be on a mediocre team that would be one and done in the playoffs. Market value for him is probably in the 3-4 million range.

    Pretty much every starting point guard, we've had in the last 15 years are all better than Farmar.

    And that's saying something.

    He's a role player.
