I have BCIS in school this year, which in case you don't know is a computer class. Should be pretty easy for me since there are 3 computers in my house, and my dad usually builds his own. The only problem I may have is typing. I can type pretty well, but I have to look down and only use 2 or 3 fingers. At school, we are using some program that was made before I was born, but it seems pretty good. I wanted to see if I could find it, but the word TYPE, which was its name, had a lot of matches on Google, but most weren't relevent. So anyway, anyone know any good FREE typing programs? May not use it much, but I might.

Hmm...thanks. Downloaded the one at the top of the list, and am downloading the Typing of the Dead. Was going to download some Mario Typing, but the site isn't there. I kind of wanted some preferences from all of you.

BCIS was the easiest class I ever took in high school. I used to finish my assignments in 20 minutes and just goof off the rest of the period. Since I took it senior year spring semester, me and this other guy (another senior) used to mess with the senile teacher by printing garbage stuff like messages to each other and f'ing with people who saved their assignments on hard drive. I never laughed so hard I remember we had typing exercises every day at least for the first couple of weeks. Remember to start off real slow then build up...it shows progress. If you get a high wpm the first time, you're gonna need to keep it up or improve. And it won't show big progress
Hmm...bout time you registered. What's up with the name RedShadow? I was looking for ketchup or something like that. TOTD is ok, but its hard to quit. I just did ctr,alt,del to quit. I probably pressed esc 20 times. Still, it pretty cool learning how to type like that. To everyone else, this is one of my friends from school. (Unless someone else from my small school decided to register after I told my friend.) Don't make fun of him too bad...leave that up to me. (just kidding, RedShadow.)
Dude, I know it was you. I was just being open-minded, or something like that. Hey, go back a few pages and read my "I hate school" thread. That's what I was telling you about. Back on topic: Anybody have some good typing stories? Or anything typing related?
