Went to check out the stadium for the Texans very impressive but traffic is gonna be a nightmare....

We found our seats and I will not say what seats, but section 137 front row next to the field goal net....Cannot get any closer than that lol
The food courts are very impressive, bathrooms nice and big and plenty of handicapp seating and parking, for this I give two thumbs up to the Texans and Bob mcnair for making sure people in wheel chairs have great seats!

It is gonna be a loooooooooooooong season..a word of advice show up to the game 3hrs early ,if you do not like traffic then watch it on tv it is that BAD!:p

I haven't bought a ticket to the game yet (don't know if I want to go by myself), but I noticed Ticketmaster stopped selling parking passes in the Yellow Lot. That means either the Yellow Lot is sold out or TM stopped selling because there is not enough time to send the passes out.

If I do go to the game, I don't want to drive around to several lots to find the cheapest parking which I've heard can range from $10-$30.

The best singles through the computer I can find are in 114 or 119. I'm gonna keep trying.

MovieManiac -- I don't think parking will be as bad as you think...remember...the open house was on a Tuesday night, with people arriving during rush hour...traffic is bad in and of itself at that time, anyway. NFL games are typically on Sunday afternoons...we'll be fine, once everyone gets it figured out. Plus...there will be people arriving at varying times throughout the day.

This is odd but I just heard on the news the Main St/Yellow Lot will be the only cash parking available....for those without prepaid permits.

I haven't seen the new Main Street but it better be able to handle the crowd on Saturday.

Have fun that yellow lot cash parking is FAR from the stadium..
    Humidity and a long walk....
hell our blue parking is far enough as it is... Of course the Suite and Club levels get the brand newely paved area by the stadium.

Handicapp parking is right next to ticket entrances

I can't get that pdf about the parking to work ?????

I'm driving in to go to the game and would really like to know in advance where I should park.

Do you have a prepaid parking tag? If yes, park at the lot with your color code.

If no, then you must park at the Main St./Yellow Lot unless you want to park in the Astroworld visitors lot which will move tomorrow.

Either way visit www.houstontexans.com for more info.

Hey Smokey, you're a genious! Those morons at Reliant Park couldn't figure out that one lot wasn't enough for pay customers! And one street can't handle 4-5 lots!

I feel really really sorry for you guys going to future games at Reliant. I got to Main Street exit on 610 at 5:15 PM and didn't enter Reliant Stadium until just past 7:30 PM.
