Jerry West would have ended Kobe's life.

There is absolutely no way that Kobe is #3 on that list after the abysmal Game 7 performance.

These sort of polls favor current players. Most of the voters on the espn sites are young ones who have not seen many of the players on that list play.

Kobe Bryant is not the 3rd greatest player of all time, and Magic Johnson is not the second greatest.

At least the Lakers fans didn't put Kobe over Jordan.

That outcome showed me people don't know anything about basketball. For the number 1 its between Jordan or Oscar Robinson. But they had Oscar down at 9. For a man that averages triple doubles to be ranked that low. But anyway, here is my list:

    1. Oscar Robinson
    2. Michael Jordan
    3. Bill Russell
    4. Larry Bird
    5. Magic Johnson
    6. Wilt Chamberlain
    7. Hakeem Olajuwon
    8. K-Abdul Jabbar
    9. Moses Malone
    10. Shaquille O'neal
    11. George Mikan
    12. Kobe Brayant
    13. Tim Duncan
    14. Jerry West
    15. J. Erving

Having Oscar Robertson over Wilt Chamberlain is a joke...

Wilt Chamberlain led the league in assists one year just to see If he could do it...

And Oscar averaged a triple double... That year Wilt didn't score as much as usual.

But I agree Wilt should be above the Big O
