http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/rank?versionId=4&listId=293 show Hakeem some love? lock if posted already.
that's why you vote hakeem into the top 10. i think kobe is more low to high teens right now. hakeem is top ten no doubt. arguably top 5.
There is absolutely no way that Kobe is #3 on that list after the abysmal Game 7 performance. These sort of polls favor current players. Most of the voters on the espn sites are young ones who have not seen many of the players on that list play.
My ranking: 1.Michael Jordan 2.Magic Johnson 3.K. Abdul-Jabbar 4.Larry Bird 5.Bill Russell 6.Wilt Chamberlain 7.Oscar Robertson 8.Hakeem Olajuwon 9.Shaquille O'Neal 10.Tim Duncan 11.Moses Malone 12.Julius Erving 13.Kobe Bryant 14.Jerry West 15.George Mikan
My list: Jordan Chaimberlain Russel (to much Champsionships to ignore) Johnson Bird Abdul Jabbar Olajuwon Shaq Mikan Robertson Bryant (got to give him credit with this back to back championship) Jerry west Moses Malone Julius Erving LOL at Bryant at 3
* 1 Michael Jordan (28,905) 549,022 * 2 Magic Johnson (1,246) 445,995 * 3 Kobe Bryant (3,753) 393,629 * 4 Bill Russell (1,731) 379,720 * 5 K. Abdul-Jabbar (585) 371,288 * 6 Larry Bird (290) 366,776 * 7 Wilt Chamberlain (1,083) 362,269 * 8 Jerry West (115) 241,228 * 9 Oscar Robertson (128) 220,756 * 10 Julius Erving (71) 211,001 * 11 Shaquille O'Neal (37) 204,581 * 12 Tim Duncan (73) 175,736 * 13 Hakeem Olajuwon (61) 165,451 * 14 George Mikan (36) 110,907 * 15 Moses Malone (9) 110,175 YOUR RANKINGS 1. 1.Michael Jordan 2. 2.Wilt Chamberlain 3. 3.K. Abdul-Jabbar 4. 4.Larry Bird 5. 5.Magic Johnson 6. 6.Bill Russell 7. 7.Shaquille O'Neal 8. 8.Hakeem Olajuwon 9. 9.Tim Duncan 10. 10.Oscar Robertson 11. 11.Kobe Bryant 12. 12.Julius Erving 13. 13.Moses Malone 14. 14.Jerry West 15. 15.George Mikan Hakeem, Shaq and Duncan are interchangeable. None of my picks matched the overall picks (GOOD) except Michael Jordan. Kobe Bryant has the 2ND most 1ST PLACE VOTES behind Jordan.
dream with only 67 first place votes? ive got nothing to do tomorrow... ill see how high i can get him on the list. i only have to fill this out 15 times to get him past duncan lol whos with me?
Kobe Bryant is not the 3rd greatest player of all time, and Magic Johnson is not the second greatest. At least the Lakers fans didn't put Kobe over Jordan.
the Dream is def. top 5. Kobe i wuld put down there after 10. Jordan is still ****ting on everyone tho with over 36,000 votes, no even comes within 34,000 votes of him HAHA. And yea, suprised Lebron aint on there, but he needs a championship first to be considered
That outcome showed me people don't know anything about basketball. For the number 1 its between Jordan or Oscar Robinson. But they had Oscar down at 9. For a man that averages triple doubles to be ranked that low. But anyway, here is my list: 1. Oscar Robinson 2. Michael Jordan 3. Bill Russell 4. Larry Bird 5. Magic Johnson 6. Wilt Chamberlain 7. Hakeem Olajuwon 8. K-Abdul Jabbar 9. Moses Malone 10. Shaquille O'neal 11. George Mikan 12. Kobe Brayant 13. Tim Duncan 14. Jerry West 15. J. Erving
Having Oscar Robertson over Wilt Chamberlain is a joke... Wilt Chamberlain led the league in assists one year just to see If he could do it...
And Oscar averaged a triple double... That year Wilt didn't score as much as usual. But I agree Wilt should be above the Big O
