I was thinking the same thing when I read the OP. If so, and you see a late 20ish guy in business casual wear jump into a 10 year old Honda, just keep on driving and keep the cell phone camera holstered.
Could've been two co-workers (or even a boss and a subordinate) getting it on in a place where they wouldn't likely be seen by anyone they know.
