Happy happy birthday, coach Rick! I wouldn't want any other coach for our team. You really are a players' coach whose trust in his players enable them to grow and elevate their game. We watched it in AB's evolution and TA's maturity towards the end of the season. I also was a critic of your in-game adjustments but after the Denver game, I understood what you were trying to do with your players' confidence level. Looking forward to the time and patience put in last year paying dividends this year. Don't stress yourself out too much, Coach!
