I love ESPN3 and how they put all the shots on the time line at the bottom, and all you have to do is click it and it play as PIP.

Freaking EXCELLENT video streaming by ESPN.

Wasn't it nice how the vuvuzelas all went silent for about two minutes after that goal was scored?

    Then they started again. :(

Uruguay might be my favorite team now. Only because they have the power to silence the vuvuzela.

LOL! It's a wrap, South African fans leaving the stadium. They have seen enough crap from their team.

#9 from Uruguay is also pretty good. But he tends to flop and act a little bit too much, which is quite annoying.

Wallis, where he moved with his parents when he was 5 years old, and where he grew up. Which U.S. state is Hakeem from?

That was just simply a tremendous show by the Uruguayans. They were clearly the better team, and now they've become the favorite in that group.

I guess there was only so far RSA could ride the wave of emotion. They just aren't a very good team.

South Africa's team is really, really weak. There is no way they beat France. They are out...will be interesting to see how that will affect the atmosphere at the world cup overall.

Between vuvuzelas, cold weather, half-empty stadiums, boring matches and probably now declining enthusiasm for the event overall in the host country, this world cup unfortunately does not measure up to past events so far.

When was the last time the host country couldn't get out of the 1st round? Looks like South Africa is going to be 3 games and out.

Well, the stands will be half empty...or worse....

And hopefully that means less vuvuelas....

From espn.com about today's game....I noticed the lack of bzzzzzz
